After a long Beach day yesterday we decided to get cleaned up into “nice clothes”..(IYKYK) and we chose this place for our dinner choice. When I tell you, this is probably the best choice we could’ve made, I mean that. We were seated immediately, within 2 minutes of being seated our waitress had already had our drinks to us and a few minutes after that we were greeted by the manager, Brian. I have an extensive list of “I don’t likes”. I tend to be very picky, but Brian suggested his favorite menu item, Chicken Scarpariello, and that’s what I went with. Hands down 637383/10, it had the perfect amount of spice for me, and the serving size was more than plenty for myself, and there was still plenty left for the others in my party to try it also. We came right at peak dinner time and looking around at what should have been chaos felt more like a well oiled machine(I’m from the Midwest 🤷🏼‍♀️) The servers, Brian, and the bar staff always had smiles and were always happy to help each other out from my perspective. My husband and I started dining at B2 Bistro in Toms River a few months ago. At that time we were in the planning stage of a birthday party for him. We met with Taylor who showed us the banquet room that would comfortably seat the 50 plus attendees. She was patient, very personable, answered all of our questions, made helpful suggestions, and explained in detail what would occur the day of the party. After speaking with her, we knew without a doubt that B2 was where we wanted to have the party. Over the next few weeks while having our usual weekly dinner there, Taylor was more than willing to answer whatever other questions we had and give knowledgeable advice. The party was a total success. The room looked beautiful with white tablecloths and blue napkins. Our guests never wanted for anything under the watchful eyes of Courtney and Nicole. Water bottles were promptly removed from the tables and replaced as needed. Plates were taken away quickly. They were equally efficient, unobtrusive and a joy to work with. Amanda was our bartender. Stopped by for drinks recently. The restaurant is beautiful and spacious, which made for a great atmosphere. The drinks were well-made and enjoyable, but the experience was a bit let down by the service, as the bartender came across as somewhat inattentive and not very welcoming.

I had my daughter’s baby shower on Sunday. Let me just say from start to finish everything was perfect!! The waitress’s and the bartender we friendly and did a wonderful job helping me set up and serving. Brian the manager came in several times to make sure everything was going smoothly. The food and the add ons were delicious !!! I am so happy that I picked this place and would not hesitate doing another party here!! Thank you so much!!

B2 is unmatched. Our first visit, we tried brunch food and we were very impressed. Progressively, family has taken us out there after taking our children to the ocean county mall for some delicious food. My favorite thing on the menu is the pretzel with the sauce they give and the sushi. Easily the best sushi I have ever had. We have my son’s baptism booked in November of 2025 and we are super excited to have family try the food we have been raving about for months. Brian has been very accommodating in assisting us with our event details as it comes closer to the date; he even let us keep our deposit and move our date due to a family emergency. Make the reservation today you will not be disappointed. 🍣🧡
